Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones
  • Resolve any conflicts or disputes that arise during the project

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred
  • Proven experience as a commercial project manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog and Primavera
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

$87,648.00 – $93,916.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
