Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
• Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
• Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams to ensure efficient and effective project execution

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Proficient in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and using software such as Bluebeam or ProCore
• Familiarity with budgeting and scheduling tools such as HeavyBid
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
• Strong leadership abilities to supervise and motivate construction teams
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
