New dining facility that provides free lunches 5 days a week to people 55 years of age or over with a CDIB, and hosts approximately 10 special events per year. The new facility features a 3500 sf dining space, a 1500 sf kitchen & prep area, a 300 sf conference / safe room capable of 54 occupants, as well as new walk in coolers/freezers and office space.
