Meet The Team
Matt McConnell
OWNER
Matt McConnell graduated Pittsburg State University in 2008 with a Bachelors degree in Finance. After Graduation Matt started his career in the construction industry where he spent the next three years working in the accounting, real estate, and insurance departments. In 2011 Matt became a project manager, then worked his way up to a senior project management position in 2017. As a project manager Matt has overseen the successful completion of a variety of projects in multiple states. Notable projects are a $18 million Coors/Miller distribution center in Tyler TX, a $10 million office remodel in Joplin, MO, multiple projects for Tamko Building Products, Leggett & Platt, and Pitt State University to name a few.
Steve Coble
OWNER
Steve Coble has been in the construction industry for over 20 years working in various roles from GM of a lumber yard to design build estimator and project manager. Steve’s experience ranges over multiple projects and delivery methods overseeing the completion of multiple FedEx and hospitality projects, Cache Schools, EFCO Manufacturing, and Leggett & Platt just to name a few.
